For employment longer than 90 days, the fee is 12% of employee's first annual gross salary or a minimum fee for service of $1000, whichever is greater.

For your convenience and peace of mind, we offer a free replacement during the first 3 months of employment.

For employment shorter than 90 days, the fee is 25% of the total gross salary paid to employee during employment.
